Meet Helen

Being an ADDer myself, and mother to two ADD teens, I would honor the opportunity of being your coach using my first-hand experiences and the ADHD lens. I am a supportive listener, and partner that will provide tools on how to understand, accept and advocate for your ADHD challenges.
