  • An ADHD coach is a “life coach” specifically trained to help adults, teens, and kids, with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) better manage their lives. With your coach, you will work towards making actions more automatic and easier to start or restart when interruptions and distractions occur. It is my job to help you harness your natural motivation and learn ways to become motivated to perform the task at hand. Let’s work together to focus on where you are now, where you want to be, and how you can get there.

    An ADHD Coach can lead you to your goals by helping you develop:
