Adult Coaching

Often as adults, we find ourselves being diagnosed with ADHD for the first time. Perhaps you’ve known something is off your whole life, however, now is the first time you’re focusing on your own needs by taking care of yourself. You are or may feel frustrated with the daily challenges of dealing with one or more of the main symptoms of attention deficit disorder, such as hyperactivity, impulsivity, and/or inattention and the core impairments of executive functions, such as planning, time management, goal setting, organization, and problem-solving. ADHD is a neurological disorder, which means a person won’t grow out of it, but you can learn coping skills to help manage frustration or overwhelm. As your coach, I begin with the mindset of WHAT’S POSSIBLE, exploring and BUILDING ON WHAT WORKS, rather than immediately focusing on the problem.

ADHD is a puzzle. Let’s work together to gather the pieces and put your world together!
